I am a Registered Nurse and understand health and wellness in many ways but this plan needed to be more. I needed for it to have a faith-based element and to be set up in the way I coach… easy to understand, step by step, loads of encouragement, and with all goals partnered with God.
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
THE 5 STEPS I use, because I know they make all the difference!
1. Assess your current place- energy level, BMI (weight comparison), body type, past diets with successes or failures and more
2. Education- based off of the FDA and the American Heart Association, and many tools I provide. (tracking, toning, grocery lists, meal planning)
3. Tool assistance- we use them together until you are comfortable and they are working for you (they are very simple, effective, and convenient)
4. Accountability and support- that can be private with me alone, in a group if you want, or both… (this is about you and what works for you)
5. Faith infused goal setting, motivation, and re-evaluation as you progress- so you stay on track with your God-centered goal. I will support you in a learning to look to God for insight and direction, not the world.
